Ingredient: Flour, tender flake, butter, bbq pork, wheat flour, powder

Baking Tips for BBQ Pork Pastry:

1️⃣  Take out from freezer and place in refrigerator for overnight.

2️⃣  Preheat oven to 400 F for 10 minutes

3️⃣  Put pastries on baking pan and apply a thin layer of egg mixture on top. Place in oven  and bake for 12 minutes.

4️⃣  Take out from oven. Apply second layer of egg mixture. Place in oven and bake for another 8 minutes.

5️⃣  Take out from oven. Apply a thin layer of  honey-water mixture on top and sprinkle sesame seeds. Enjoy the crunchy BBQ Pork Pastry!

 

烘培叉燒酥小貼士:

1️⃣ 提早一晚由冰櫃取出放涼庫

2️⃣ 提前 10 分鐘預熱焗爐至 400°F 

3️⃣ 將叉燒酥放左焗盤上,掃上第一層蛋液,放進烤箱焗 12 分鐘

4️⃣ 從烤箱取出,掃上第二層蛋液,再焗 8 分鐘

5️⃣ 最後取出及掃上薄薄的蜜糖水,灑上芝麻,即有酥脆而有層次的蜜味叉燒酥~
